My plan was to start on the Panamericana this year with my Audi Q8 e-tron by taking 3 months off from my main job in the automotive industry every year, hoping to reach Ushuaia in 3 years (9 months of traveling).
But due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to change my job. I will start in January in a new company (actually, it’s not a new one but one where I was in the past). Therefore, it’s now impossible to take an immediate months-long sabbatical.
The good news is I already have a confirmed plan to go on a really long trip in 2-3 years.
In the meantime, I will explore some of the offroad tracks and remote places in Europe and North Africa. For 2025, there are three interesting trips planned. Two of them I have already finished. I just need to find the time to write the trip reports and edit the videos.
